While Randomly Searching on YouTube, I Came Across Something Fascinating
A New Netflix Show
The world works in mysterious ways. I was just about to work on my first sci-fi/horror novel. Based on the Zodiac Killer. It was supposed to take place in different timelines. Without giving away too much, it was supposed to take place in an epic period from the 1888s to the late 20XXs. It was going to be a detective, cat-and-mouse-type novel. I have been working on it for a couple of months, but it’s been on my mind for the past 4–5 years.
As I mentioned, the world works in mysterious ways; I came across a trailer for a new TV series called Bodies. The trailer intrigued me because the premise shared similar aspects to my upcoming novel. This TV series is based on a comic book by Si Spencer (RIP). I unfortunately never heard of Mr. Spencer, but he worked on a lot of Judge Dredd, apparently, and I’m a fan of that series, especially the most recent movie with Karl Urban. Bodies is about four detectives living in four different eras; they find a body each time, and the victim seems to be the same person each time. The setting is London’s Whitechapel — a mysterious conspiracy in the middle of all this…
