I love Berserk. It's not everyone's cup of tea, lol. Monster is another good one. Attack on Titan has been an enjoyable and wild journey. The twists have been great. It's for sure a top 10 anime of all time for me. I'll probably watch the ending tomorrow and write about it. I can't wait to read about your philosophical analysis of the show.
