A Faustian found-footage horror (with a sprinkle of dark comedy) that is worth watching
There's a new contender for best found-footage and mockumentary movie: The Late Night with the Devil.
Unfortunately, I couldn't see it in cinemas, but no biggy, you can stream it on Shudder now.
The movie's synopsis
In 1977 a live television broadcast goes horribly wrong, unleashing evil into the nation’s living rooms.

What I liked about the movie:
Listen, folks, I would be intrigued by any movie narrated by Michael Ironside, Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell) himself. I was like a fish grabbing the bait. It got me hooked. Good job, Colin and Cameron Cairnes ( Directors, writers, editors).
I loved the film's Bohemian Grove and occult backstory, which gave it some context. From the get-go, we hear about secretive cults conducting dark rituals. What we're about to witness is something sinister and creepy.
